The Goods 8/12/23
Buenos dias,
I'm back from the gym this morning. It was leg and shoulder day. I'm in the gym 6 days a week, waking up at 4:30am, in the gym by 5am, and at the sweatshop by 7am. I'm at the point where I have to hit the gym most days, if I miss a day, the failure won't leave my mind. I'm attempting to get a thick-neck like Henry Rollins in his prime.
Every based writer online needs a food or supplement to promote and brand themselves with. Some have raw eggs, organ meat, and Alex Jones has his supplements (I'll test Brain Force Plus and report the results). My wife says I'm a traditional guy, like a 50-year-old man trapped in a 30-year-old body. So, A2SAN's based supplement is Ovaltine.
You can throw your multivitamin in the trash right now. The nutritional facts say it all.
Recipes:
Ovaltine Coffee
2 tbs Elite Instant Coffee
2 tbs Ovaltine Strength Powder
1 scoop Fresh Cap mushroom complex
Half and half to taste
Ovaltine Protein Shake
2 tbs Ovaltine Strength Powder
2 tbs Powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 whole banana
Ice and water for desired consistency
Emjoy!

^This gets funnier with repeated views. Try to pay attention to each person. Dosing people might be the worst thing you can do to someone, but this clip is just too crazy. It’s like watching a horror movie and a comedy simultaneously.

^This is the story that Total Recall was based on. I think Total Recall is the most faithful adaptation of PKD’s sensibilities. The movie changes the plot a bit, probably for the better. This story is like a PKD greatest hits of schizophrenia.
